Sacramento Backflow Testing ("Clean Bill") is a referral directory that connects property owners and managers with independent, certified backflow-prevention testers in the Sacramento region. We do not perform backflow tests, repairs, or installations, and we are not a water district, government entity, or fire authority.
The certified tester you are matched with is the provider of record. They are solely responsible for the testing, certification, and filing of your results with your water purveyor. Any agreement, pricing, scheduling, and workmanship is between you and that tester.
